Customer Reviews
Decent bag, a few quirks
I bought the Christopher Backpack and it's mostly good. The material feels really strong and water-resistant, which is great for when I get caught in the rain. Shipping was alright, took about a week to get here. My only minor issue is the main compartment zipper can be a little stiff at times, not a huge deal but sometimes it snags a bit. Other than that, it holds a lot, and the design is pretty cool. It's a solid bag for daily use, just wish that zipper was smoother.
Great value on a quality item
I was looking for a new work bag and saw the Dynamic Backpack on sale. I signed up for their newsletter and got an extra 10% off, which was a nice bonus. The shipping was free since my order was over $100. It came pretty fast, within a week. The bag itself feels really well made, and there's plenty of space for my laptop and other stuff. For the price I paid, it feels like a really solid deal. I'm glad I waited for a sale to grab it, totally worth it.
Useful everyday carry
I purchased the Macaroon Large for daily commuting. Ordering was straightforward on their website; I just picked the color and added it to my cart. It shipped out two days later and arrived within five business days, which was faster than I expected based on the tracking. The quality of the material feels durable, and the stitching looks solid. I fit my 15-inch laptop comfortably in the padded sleeve, along with my lunch and a water bottle. The multiple internal pockets are really helpful for organizing smaller items like keys and pens. The zippers glide smoothly. Overall, it's a well-designed backpack that serves its purpose for urban use without being overly bulky.
Reliable choice for travel
This was my third purchase from Doughnut, this time the Colorado Backpack for a trip. I've always found their bags to be very dependable. My first Macaroon is still going strong after two years of daily use. The Colorado is roomy, and the padded straps make it comfortable even when packed full. I appreciate the consistent quality and how true the product photos are to what arrives. Shipping was on par with my previous orders, arriving within a week. They're a solid choice for practical, stylish bags, and I keep returning for a reason.
Excellent Macaroon Large for daily use
I purchased the Macaroon Large in black and it has been fantastic for work and light travel. The separate laptop compartment easily fits my 15-inch laptop, and there's still plenty of space for my lunch, a sweater, and notebooks. The water-resistant material has held up well during unexpected rain showers, which is a huge plus. I also really like the multiple pockets inside, they help keep everything organized and easy to find. The straps are comfortable even when the bag is heavy. Ordering was straightforward, and it arrived a day earlier than the tracking said. I had a small question about cleaning, and customer service responded quickly with helpful tips. Overall, a really well-designed and functional bag that seems like it will last a long time.
Good quality, minor shipping hiccup
I ordered the Macaroon Backpack in a pretty pastel color. The bag itself is great; the material feels sturdy and the zippers are smooth. I really like the internal organization for my laptop and smaller items. Shipping was free over $100, which was nice, but it took about 7 business days to arrive, which felt a little long compared to other online stores. I had to contact customer service once to check on the status, and they were responsive. Overall, a solid purchase for the price, just wish delivery was a touch faster.
Good quality bag
I ordered the Colorado Backpack a little while ago. It arrived pretty quick, like a few days after I ordered it. The bag feels sturdy, you know? I've been using it for work every day and it holds my laptop and everything without feeling too bulky. I'm happy with it.
My new favorite bag!
I got the Macaroon Mini and I absolutely love it! The color is even better in person and it's just the perfect size for everyday. I fit my wallet, phone, keys, and a small water bottle with no problem. I've gotten so many compliments already. The quality is fantastic; it feels really well-made. I'm definitely coming back for the full-size Macaroon next. I tell everyone about this brand!
My new favorite bag!
I just got the Macaroon Backpack in my favorite color and I absolutely love it! It's so stylish and practical. I used it for a day trip already and everything fit perfectly. I'm definitely buying another one soon and telling all my friends about it!
Great commuter bag
Got the Dynamic Backpack. It's a good size for my commute. Laptop sleeve is secure. Material seems durable. Arrived on time.

Does Doughnut do student discounts? Or should I just try for the newsletter signup?
I'm in California, if I order a Macaroon Mini today, how long do you think it'll take to get here? Need it by next week for a trip.
Can I stack the 10% off newsletter code with a Black Friday sale discount? Or is it one or the other?
Anyone know how long shipping takes to like, California? Trying to get one before a trip next month.
Is the official US site legit? Heard some stories about fake bags but I wanna make sure I'm buying from the real deal.
